IP range calculation

Convert IP segments expressed in CIDR format to IP ranges. CIDR notation uses an IP address and a suffix indicating the number of bits in the network address to express an IP address block.

Instructions:

IPv4 block 8.8.0.0/16 represents 65536 IPv4 addresses from 8.8.0.0 to 8.8.255.255, because 8.8.0.0 is equivalent to 00001000.00001000.000000000.00000000, where the bold part is the prefix and the remaining bits represent the host address. Therefore, the last address here is 00001000.00001000.11111111.11111111, which is 8.8.255.255.
